5 RFYC Graduates Sign Professional Contracts

Following in the footsteps of Nathan Rodrigues and Franklin Nazareth, 4 more graduates from RFYC’s class of 2023 have been signed by ISL clubs!

Ranit Sarkar (GK), Bunando Singh(Def), and Razibul Mistry (Fwd) have signed for the legendary East Bengal FC, while Vian Murgod (Fwd) has been snapped up by rivals Mohun Bagan Supergiants, and Mohommed Sanan (Fwd) has signed with Jamshedpur FC after a string of strong performances.

Speaking on the signings, Head of Youth Robert Roelofsen said “We are really pleased to see that our talented players are being noticed and signed by professional clubs. Signing for these legendary clubs represents a big next step for these young men, and I am sure they will uphold the values they have learned themselves and the legacy of this Academy in the years to come!”

These signings come on the back of an impressive season for all 5 players, where they shone in the Reliance Foundation Development League followed by the Premier League’s Next Gen Cup in Mumbai in June.
