Young Champs Blossom in Japanese Spring

Apr 1, 2024

The Young Champs completed their tour of Japan with their participation in the 2024 edition of the Sanix Cup.

The competition, widely regarded as Asia’s biggest, most prestigious youth football tournament saw teams from all over the continent participate.

While the results themselves were not flattering, with the Young Champs winning just 1 of their 5 games, the trip itself was a great learning experience for the players.

“This competition was a chance for us to test ourselves against the best, and learn” said Head Coach Robert Roelofsen.
